I would recommend Steve to anybody looking to buy a house. Whether it be a first time home buyer or someone who flips houses. My wife and I were looking for our very first house to buy and we called Steve on a Saturday afternoon and right from the day we met him he was beyond helpful. We were very nervous on buying a house because we've never done anything like it before and he mentioned the first time home buyers program where you don't need to put anything down to buy the home. From there on we couldn't wait to start looking for a house. Whenever we had a question during the entire process of the purchase, he would answer them with confidence and make us feel at ease. With out a doubt Steve is an amazing realtor. My wife and I will definitely be going back to him for all of our home buying and selling needs and I recommend him as anybody else's realtor as well!!

I would recommend Steve as a real estate agent to anybody that asks. From the second I walked into his office to ask about purchasing my first home, he was helpful and super easy to work with the entire time. The house he helped me but was my first home and I had absolutely no clue what I had to do to purchase a home so he talked to me about the first time homebuyers program and told me all the information I needed to look for a property. Whenever I saw a house I wanted to take a look at, all I had to do was give him a call and we saw it within the next day or two and he helped me decide if it would be a good buy or not; He knew all the things to look for. Once I found the house I wanted, he helped do all the paperwork up until the closing and it was all done very smoothly and whenever I had a question, he would explain them very well so I wouldn't get nervous or confused about anything else. I would highly recommend Steve to anybody that wants to buy a house whether it being your first time or fifth time buying one!!
